Constipation. Taking Alendronic Acid, Calcium Carbonate, Lansoprazole. Easy Way To Get Cure?

my 95 year old mother is having trouble with constipation, she takes alendronic acid tablet once a week backed up with calcium carbonate twice a day, lansoprazole each morning. She has a high fibre diet and drinks a reasonable amount of fluid. Could you please recommend anything to help with the constipation? She has taken Fibregel but these do not agree with her.

since shes already having high fiber diet and liquids..pls start on syp.XXXX in the night and you can increse upto thrice daily...
