Continuous Abdominal Pain, Irregular Stools, Blood Work And CT Scan Normal. What Could Be The Cause?

i went to the hospital last week for pain in my lower right abdomen . I had been sick two weeks before and my stole had been irregular for a while. He immediately thought i had ruptured my appendix two weeks ago. After blood work and a ct scan they found nothing wrong. I still have pain in the same area and my stole is still irregular What is wrong?
