Continuous Nasal Bleeding, Foul Smell From Nose, Had Taken Antihistamines, Nasal Spray. Remedy?

Hi, I have a nose bleeding for 3 months now and Im taking anti hestamine for allergies with my doctor gave me also I have nose spray but recently I have foul odor from my nose. After taking the anti hestamine my nose become dry but only for awhile and still my nose bleed coming from time to time. Please give me some advice how to stop this nose bleed and foul odor of my nose. thank you

while using the nasal spray it is very important to avoid the nasal septum. Hope you are aware of the techinque to use a nasal spray.
