Continuous Smell Of Ammonium Chloride On Breathing After Spilling It On Floor. How Can I Fix This?

I was doing a Chemistry lab for AP Chem, and a lab group spilled ammonia or ammonium chloride all over the floor, and it had an EXTREMELY strong smell. I was unfortunate enough to be standing next to it. Now I can still occasionally smell the ammonia/ammoniumchloride odor when I breath through my nose . How is this possible and how do I fix it?!

Hi
It is unlikely for ammonia smell to last long inside the body -
I wonder the initial episode might have sensitised your thoughts - could it be a phantom smell from fear?
Go out, breathe fresh air and have a change - You ought to be alright!
Good luck
