Continuous Swelling In Leg After Coronary Bypass Surgery. What Could The Cause Be?
My Father is experiencing continued swelling in one leg 6 months after corinary bypass surgery. He has been actively walking distances and progressing in his recovery. He has an appointment to meet with his primary care physician in a few days. What can I anticipate as the cause of this condition? Please advise. Thank you, Dan
HI Thank fro asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern for your father, this could be problem because of return of venous blood and that needs Doppler study if it is mild then will come around with foot elevation or with crab bandage, ask your father to elevate the foot till you go for examination and nothing doing, take good care of your father and have nice day.
