Copper Coil Fitted In, Heavy Bleeding, Bright Discharge, Blood Clots, Missed Periods. Normal Symptoms?

hi i had the copper coil fitted three months ago and i had heavy bleeding after which i know is normal, and then bright red discharge and spotting for the next 2 months, but missed 2 periods- definatley not pregnant, and for the last month i have still had contant red discharge and cramps with large flows of blood and blood clots? is this normal, will the bleeding ever stop ???
