Correct To Use Refresh PM Instead Of Lacrilube For Graves Disease?
I have graves disease which severely affected my eyes. What is the best over the counter eye lubricant. I have used Lacrilube and it seems to be the best, however, the stores only carry Refresh PM and said it is a replacement. Is this correct and is there anything better than this?
Hello It seems from the history that you are having Graves disease and you have been advised treatment with lubricating eye drops to prevent corneal dryness. Refresh PM can be used instead of Lacrilube as this is also lubricating or artificial tears eye drops. Hence no need to worry you can use the Refresh PM eye drops. Along with this you need to take treatment for the Graves disease in the form of antithyroid drugs.
Thank you
