i was dignoses as a drug indouced paranoid schophernia, recently a mental health doctor said i have signs of graves disease . I assumed that this was anothere one of there mental health dignoses. I have an appointment with the doctor, but how can i tell if it was an meth overdose or graves disease? Can meth trigger graves disease?
Graves disease is a sing of abnormal throid function. If your paranoid schizophrenia is drug induced, it must get improved by self over the period once you stop the offending drug. I advice you to check your thyroid function test. stop the offending drug that caused you schizophrenia and consult the nearest psychiatrist as well as endocrinologist.
