good evening, ur condition might be a simple allergic rhinitis or a hay fever, u should consult a ENT specialist and may be u should take a long term steroidal nasal spray, avoid dust and air pollution, get checked for additional problems like deviated nasal septum, a detailed consultation with an ENT specalist will help u .
