Cough, Cold, Fever, Feeling Cold. Taken Sudarshan Ghanvati And Khadirati Vati. Help
Hello ,Goodmorning Doctor !I have been suffering from day cough and cold since a week before that i had mild fever 99 degrees but i used to feel little chilly ..i was at europe in may and june i landed here moonsoon has hit mumbai and i am hit by light fever and cold since then . I have been taking ayurvedic pills like Sudarshan ghanvati and Khadiradi vati but it seems nt to help much . Kindly suggest some medicine .( i am 35 yr old lady and due to climatic changes have been suffering from this always ) Meenal dave YYYY@YYYY
hello meenal..this is dr xx..would be better if i know a more detailed history..coughcoldfever for how long,,do you have any allergies..is your problem persisting for months and repeated every year(bronchitis) your premises of residence (certain weeds)..most of the times it is mild seasonal infection..all you may need are antibiotics ,anti histaminics(antiallergics).decongestants for few days.after few blood tests(to rule out severe viral fevers, malaria.. etc).on the advice of a physician..if not relieved or getting worse. persistent even after the treatment ..consult a chest physician or pulmonologist..do not worry ,this is a very common problem and you will get well soon..bye
