Cough, Fatigue, Soles Hurt. B12 Deficiency Anemia, Vitamin D Deficiency Diagnosed. Augmenten, Levaquin, Abx, Cortisone Shot Taken. Advise?

I have had a cough for about a month and a half now of and on. Recently I was diagnosed with B12 deficiency anemia with a reading of 209 and Vitamin D deficiency with a reading of 6. I have been feeling very fatigued for weeks. In fact, that is what lead me to the doctor's office for labs. The bottom of my feet hurt when I walk and I am physically and mentally worn out at work by noon. I am concrned about this. By the way, I have been on two abx, Augmentin, and Levaquin, along with a cortisone shot.

hi
thanks for your query
i can feel your concerns
i advise you to improve your diet
take meat, milk, green leafy vegetables and fruits ,along with B12 and vit D after consulting your doctor
Exposure to sunlight is also helpful
for treatment of cough, along with antibiotics and steroids , take green tea and honey
saline gargles and steam inhalation also effective.
if cough does not improve with these remedies, get a chest X ray done after consulting your doctor
i am available for your help
regards
