Cough, Tight Throat, Losing Voice, Feeling Of Lump While Swallowing, Sore Throat. Cure For Symptoms?
Hi I'm 19 years old and after a holiday I lost my voice which keeps disappearing and going raspy. I also developed a cough which only really happens and night along with a tight throat that when I swallow it feels as though there is a lump at the back but doesn't hurt. My throat gets sore quickly too. Can you help? Thank you
Hi
your condition is related to voice abuse. I would suggest a laryngeal endoscopy by an ENT expert. Voice rest. Condition indicates towards vocal cord edema / polyp due to voice abuse. Treatment is conservative and voice rest. If does not resolve micro laryngeal surgery
with best wishes , speedy recovery & good health.
