Hello Well come to health care magic Dear patient , green or yellow coloured sputum means that the respiratory tract secretion are probably infected ,wheather due to pathogenic bacteria or due to over growth of normal respiratory flora, if you have fever , gereralised weakness ,loss of appetite , breathing difficulty associated with cough and sputum production , you can see a doctor who may get a chest X-RAY done to see if there is any consolidation and will then accordingly advise you with a course of antibiotics so that the infection gets cured hope fully every thing will get fine wish you speedy recovery thanks Dr Arshad
