Coughing Associated With Chest Tightening And Numbness In Hand And Right Forearm.

I am 40 yrs old and a white male. I don't smoke or drink. I had a pain for several weeks in my back near the shoulder blades...thought it was the way I sleep as I spend a lot of nights in hotels with my travel schedule. Anyway, lately I have been coughing and when I do my chest is tight and my right forearm and hand becomes numb. Is this serious? Should I be concerned?
