I have cough and caughing a lot during night ... unable to sleep properly due to this. Any medicence which can supress it forever?

There is an important thing about your cough, which needs to be ruled out... i.e infection. If your cough is associated with sputum production, you need to have culture and antibiotic sensitivity and also AFB examination. If associated with chest pain, an X- ray will be helpful.
It is important to understand that all symptoms usually, but not always have a cause, You have to rule it out by visiting the right doctor (say a pulmonologist in your case or even an experienced internal medicine specialist). by appropriate investigations, you must rule out all important causes (TB, other infections, any tumour like mass in lung/mediastinum) and then take appropriate therapy.
