My wife of age 47 years has COPD of about 5 years. She coughs out white and greyish flakes occasionally. She had been treated with Montelucast Sodium + Levocetrizine and Azithromycine with occasional Asthalin inhaler . But the symptom persists. Sleep accompanies with wheezing.
