Hello,

Due to the increase in the CK levels, there will be less filtration from the kidneys leading to accumulation of fluid in the feet. As there is no venous return it indicates that kidney functions are being compromised.

Having a kidney scan and laboratory assessment will help to understand the other factors associated. Medicine will be prescribed accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
