What Causes Burning Sensation In The Feet?

Hiii..i have burning sensation in my feet ..i have done all blood test and my uric acid is high 7.1 And vitamin b12 is 249 (normal is 197-700)..i showede my doctor and he said it is bring cause of high uric acid...and have gave me ldh blood test....kindly advise

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your concern

“As” per your uric acid level is concerned you have uric acid level in borderline but not so high so your burning sensation of feet can not be established as in high uric acid level there will be pain in your joints and in feet it happens in big toe joints.

Second possibility is vitamin B complex deficit but your test report is normal, so we can not say it as due to deficit. But you need more .

Thirdly if it is happening in one feet only so we can not rule out [TTS] and treatment for it is conservative physiotherapy and in rare cases surgical .

So discuss with your treating doctor about all possibilities and do clinical examination accordingly.
