Could Diabetes Be Maintained Without Medications?

hello doctor,
this is krishna from hyderabad,
i am a diabetic patient from last two and half years. i am maintaining my suger levels without medicine, is it safe or not , please let me know.
my suger levels are:
fasting: 100 - 125 between
post lunch: 125 - 165 between

hi, your blood sugar levels are not in the target range. it is ideal to keep your fasting at or near 100 mark. you may attain this with a good schedule of exercise and healthy diet. if not possible , you may need a small dose of diabetic medication. Hope this helped.
