Could I Have Liver Damage? I Started Drinking When I

Could I have liver damage? I started drinking when I was 13. I would binge drink but not often - once a month or once every few months I drank a lot of alcohol, enough to throw up and pass out. When I turned 18 i drank more frequently but less in one go. I am now 20 and my alcohol tolerance has decreased dramatically since I was 13. The change has been gradual and over the past four years. I have not lost weight. My lifestyle is the same. I am worried because my mother metabolises alcohol really slowly. She has had gastritis in the past. My aunt, her sister, is on liver medication and has to eat a certain diet to keep her liver functioning properly. Neither of them drink much.

Could i have liver damage and be experiencing tolerance reversal as a result? Every link I've seen so far focuses on alcoholism and old age. I am more a binge drinker when i do drink rather than an alcoholic.
