Hi,

Actually, antibiotics need to be taken regularly for the day prescribed for. You had left it in between (that might have caused antibiotic resistance) and went back to the doctor after one month. Now this time you had side effects of the new antibiotic.

In such a case the previous antibiotic may prove ineffective. If you have remaining stock, you can very well try it again (as more than one month has skipped in between). But if you fond it effective please complete course advised previously and then ask your doctor. In there is no relief with previous medicine, you have to re-consult your doctor and have one more prescription. Please remember to be very strict about antibiotics hence forth.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
