Could I Still Be Pregnant Even If Pregnancy Test Is Negative?

I am day 10 of a 3 day embryo transfer & have had diarhea in the morning for 3 mornings now, my boobs have started to hurt today, I did a test first thing this morning - negative. Meds are 2 x 200mg ultrogestan twice a day & 2 x 2mg climaval 3 x a day, is the test reliable (first response early response) clinic test due in 4 days, last IVF I had positive result at 10 days, could I still be pregnant even though test said not?

All the symptoms you described are not specific for pregnancy.
Also, you DID take the test a bit early.
I would advice you to wait for your clinic test.
A blood pregnancy test is infinitely more reliable than a urine pregnancy test.
Do not go by the previous results.
This time around, wait for 4 more days before going for the test at the clinic.
Do not stress out meanwhile.
Continue taking the medications as had been prescribed.
