Hello,

Since you are having painful lumps with swollen boobs you are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist, get breast examination done along with investigations like X-ray, mammogram, scintimammography, biopsy and other tests.

If required your treating gynecologist may remove the IUS, this is to stay on the safer side. If the biopsy report shows a malignant tumor you will be treated accordingly. Do not lose time, get examined & let the treatment start at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
