Could IgE Being 901 In A Child Mean Presence Of Worms In Liver?

Hello my 4 year old child had a blood test done and it came back at 901 value in Immunoglobulin E (IgE). I was told that it means he has worms in his liver. Is that true? what does Immunoglobulin E (IgE) at 901 value mean? He also has very bad eczema since 5 months old and has several food and environmental allergies. Please Help! Thank You Very Much In Advance!

Hai....elevated serum IgE doesn't mean only worms in liver. Its only one of the reasons. With an eczema & other allergies...he is bound to have elevated IgE levels. Please do not worry. Happy to help anytime.
