Could Metoprolol Cause Swelling In Hands?

i am having an allerrgic reaction on my hands. stumping my doctors. started with hives on palms and swelling on fingertips. benadryl made the swelling worse. dr gave me pain medication. that makes them swell. today the swelling was better in my right hand. when i ate breakfast everything swelled up.this is crazy. can this be a side effeect of metotropol succ er 50 mg. im not going to take todays dose

I really appreciate your concern, this could be hypersensitive reaction, and in my opinion this need to be managed with the medicines given below, some time this could be due to emotional stress,
1) Tab Loratidine one tab three times in day
condition could be self limiting and this is nothing to worry, just try to low down the stress, hope this information helps, take care.
