Could Premature Ventricular Contraction Of 45% Be A Matter Of Concern?

I ve had 2 cardiac Stress Tests, second being nuclear, that were negative for underlying or structural heart disease. I ve also had two 24-hr Holter studies with the first study (w/o beta blocker) showing approx 25% PVC s and a second done 4-weeks later, taking 50mg/d Metatoprolol, showing 45% PVC s. In the absense of symptoms and other than observation, should I ignore the PVC s?
