Hello dear
I understand your concern
You can use syngeneic procare cream and it has progesterone content.
But your symptoms could be due to estrogen deficiency.
You can go for estradiol patch: it has been more effective than cream and lower the side effect. It decrease the hot flashes and vaginal dryness
Along with that you can also use estrocare cram
So consult the gynecologist and take proper prescribed patch and cream.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, do regular exercise and drink plenty of water.
Hope this may help you

Best regards
Dr. Sagar
