Hello,
Your blood reports are normal except for elevated MCV. The condition is called macrocytosis(increased size of RBC ) and the most common cause is a deficiency of vitamins B12 or folic acid. Your vitamin B12 is also normal. But the methotrexate you are taking for psoriatic arthritis causes a deficiency of folic acid. You have to take folic acid supplementation to stop the formation of macrocytes. Other than this, your report is absolutely normal.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Siddartha
