Could A Hard Fall On The Back Be A Matter Of Concern?
I was cleaning my kitchen blinds and lost my balance and feel backwards and hit the bottom back of my head on the wood floor, I did not black out nor did I have a headache but I did get a lump after I applied Ice for hours the bump went down, my pupils are normal and I have not thrown up, are there any other symptoms I should watch for, I have not gone to the doctor because of financial concerns.

Injury on back of head while falling is in your case.
After fall, you developed swelling which is also relieved by ice.
So my advice is that look for following symptoms after head injury like bleeding from injury site or from nose, swelling, headache, dizziness, decrease in concentration, blurring in vision etc if develop then consult a doctor. Otherwise no need to worry.
