Could A Mass Above Heart Indicate Cancer?

I had a CT and a mass was found just above my heart. I am an eight year Brest cancer survivor who went through surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. I am having an echo cardio gram next week. At 42 is this something that I should be confident will else's invasive than what was neede to treat the cancer? I have no idea whattofeel.

Hi and welcome to HCM. It is hard to say, but in most cases it is enlarged lymph node in mediastinum and it can be sin of inflammatory changes or malignant disease. also,this can be enlarged vessel so further tests are required. Wish you good health.
