Could A Painful Indentation On Buttocks Cheeks Denote Something Harmful?
Over the past couple of months I have noticed a random indentation on my upper right butt cheek. About two or three inches in diameter and it feels like a hole. It is painful from time to time and I have no idea how or when exactly it appeared but I know it was recent. Any ideas? I'm worried about the fact that it hurts. Should I see a doctor?

I can understand your problem this could be chronic infective condition of skin which might be left untreated, but need to worry about this, if I would be your treating doctor then I would treat you with the following drugs,
1) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day
2) Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 10 days
take a good care of general hygiene, hope this information helps you have good day.
