Vomiting after a concussion to head is quite common. If the child is having repeated vomiting, she needs to be evaluated by a doctor. Trauma to the head can cause bleeding which can sometimes be on the inner side of the skull, resulting in pressure on the brain and hence vomiting.
The doctor can advise only observation, X-ray skull or CT scan brain according to the condition of the baby.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
