Could Abnormal Bleeding Be Normal After Taking Northisterone Tablets?

Hi I have been taking northisterone tablets to stop my period as it wouldn't stop after the medication finished I am having a cycle but it is so heavy and I'm getting a lot of clotting it's really uncontrollable is this normal to get after taking these medications?

consult gynecologist,
she would increase the dose of northisterone & add combination of mefenamic acld +tranexamic acid ,
she would examine to find out cause of bleeding,
take care.
