Could Acid Reflux Be Due To Angioplasty Or Cholecystectomy?
My brother 74yrs has had angioplasty where one major blockage of 60% and three 20% have been stented.He has returned on Saturday 24january.He has acid reflux for which he is having 2pantaprazole.Despite that he had acid reflux.He also had his gall bladder removed for stones a few yrs back.So gas problem was already there.

I really appreciate your concern for your mother if this is acid reflux disease then this can be well treated with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time, for safe side "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for 5 days can be given, no need to worry everything would be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
