Hello,

Beer also contains some percentage of alcohol. Common cause of fatty liver disease is too much consumption of alcohol, obesity, diabetes, high blood cholesterol level or high triglyceride level. Sometimes, rapid weight loss and malnutrition may also lead to fatty liver. Gradually quit alcohol intake. Joining a detox center would help take care of withdrawal symptoms.

Do regular walking and exercises. Maintain healthy weight. Get done lipid profile to check your cholesterol and triglyceride levels. If the cholesterol and triglyceride levels are high you are advised to switch to boiled food and food cooked strictly in olive oil. Stay away from fried food, fatty food, oily junk food, refined flour, carbs, red meat, etc.

Take well-cooked whole cereals, fruits, veggies, berries and home-made balanced diet. Take food good for the liver. Take food that is easily digested, boiled food will help in better and faster liver repair. Take digestives and liver tonic.

Take 8 hours of quality sleep. Take boiled water after cooling it. Strict diet control and healthy lifestyle will help liver repair. However, you are advised to get examined by a GP and get liver function test, blood tests, imaging tests (USG, CT / MRI) for detailed study so that treatment can be started at the earliest.

HTake care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
