Could Alcohol Withdrawal Cause Dull Aching Pain In Shoulders, Knee And Legs?

I recently quit drinking and am experiencing left shoulder, left arm, knee and left leg dull aching pain. Never had this aching before. I exercise regularly (3 days per week - cardio and boxing for last 4 years) as well so I don t believe its from that. Can this be due to alcohol withdraw?
