Could Anxiety Attacks Be Due To Oestrogen Suppositories?

Hi, thanks for being here.
Suddenly I am feeling anxious, wound up, jittery, & cranky.
There are two things going on with my life.
1) I've been taking Oxycodone/Acetaminophen 5-325 MG Tab for bulging disc pain at L4-L5 where the disc contacts the surrounding nerve root. So far I've been able to take this medication "as needed" for pain. During the past, my pain has subsided so I haven't been taking them as often. On 12/18 I had a Transforaminal Epidural Steroid Injection. My pain (over the holidays) was at it's peak because I was trying to do too much. On 3 occasions, I took this pain medication between prescribed intervals. I've sense slowed down and have been gentler with my back, hence, less pain. In the past, I have never had problems when I don't take this medication. Are these symptoms related to the increased amount that I took during the holidays? OR
2) Recently, I began taking ESTRACE Cream (2g 2X/wk) for post menopausal dryness. The anxiety began shortly after beginning this cream. Could these mood changes be related to the cream? Estrogen has always made me coo-coo so I stopped taking the cream!
I'd like to understand this sudden spike in anxiety and ask what you recommend to ease the anxiety?
Please advise & thank you for your time :)
