Could Back Pain And Tiredness Be Early Labor Sign?
Heya, i'm 34 weeks pregnant today. Since last Friday i have been experiencing near enough constant back ache and period type pains. Other symptoms are pain in my bottom and down below, pain in my thighs. Nausea, tiredness and very irritable. Could i be in early or the latent stages of labour?
Pain is common during the third trimester of pregnancy. Your body is under a lot of stress, both because of the added weight and the effect of pregnancy hormones. Your uterus is big and heavy, and this changes put strain on your lower back and hips, causing pain, which may be more severe on one side than the other. The best thing is that you should go to your doctor, he/she will examine you, also you will pass through per vaginal examination to check the cervical dilatation.
Here are some tips to relieve the back pain: Engage your self with light exercise regularly. Take daily warm bath. Use proper posture when working, sitting, or sleeping. Remain stress free.
All the best. Take care.
