Could Bitter Guard Juice Cause Infertility?
Hi,
i'm 34 years old female and i'm still single. I drink half-cup bitter gourd juice once a week for a year now. I read however that bittergourd promotes infertility. I'm not seeking pregnancy, but i just like to make sure that this will not affect my fertility in the long run, as i wanted to have a baby of my own when i get married. Does bittergourd only should be avoided when you already want to conceive? May you help me on my query?
