HI
Well come to HCM
I can under stand your problem and want to advise you that if this really something coming out or it is there even without the act of defecation then it could be piles, and the new pile can be possible at the new site but it can not be the old one, condition is not due to any iron deficiency.
You can try some conservative treatment, like try to relieve the constipation if it is there, and for that drink more water, have rich fiber diet, you can even try Isabgol powder,
I would advise you to confirm the condition and for that clinical examination is the option without this it can not be said for sure what is exactly you have, hope this information helps, take care.
