Could Bladder Infection Diagnosis Following A Fall Suggest A Bladder/kidney Damage?

I fell off a ladder about a week ago knocking me out for about 5 minutes and poosibly cracking some ribs, now my left lower back hurts quite a bit. I went to the emergency room after fall and i was told i had a bladder infection which was done from a urine test about 4 or 5 housrs after fall. I was wondering if i could have injured my kidney in the fall and could look like a infection when they tested my urine?

No its not related with ur kidney damage...infection is already present in ur body before fall but it is not severe to cause problems in u..dont worry,, its nt due to fall,, antibiotics usage decrease s ur infection
