Could Blisters Have Been Caused By The Wrinkle Cream For A 79-year-old?

I am 79 years old and started using some wrinkle cream nightly. Since then I have had one blood blister on my cheek which popped easily and healed. About two weeks later a small blister appeared below my chin. Again it popped easily. Could the wrinkle cream be causing these?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of applying some cosmetic on face then it could be the reason of appearing some blister on face so first better to stop this even after stopping this symptoms continue to appear then it could be some allergic condition or it may be some systemic disease hope this information helps.
