Could Blood In Nasal Mucus And Saliva Be Due Long Term Usage Of Prilosec?

I have been taking Prilosec 20.6 mg/acid reducer OTC seven days a week for 15 years, recently I have noticed dried blood when blowing my nose and also in the saliva. Could the Prilosec be the cause of this issue? I am 70 yrs. old, and and have never had any health issues before. Thank You for your help, Bill Brown
