Could Bluish Feet, Fever And Dizziness Be Due To Diabetes?

Hi, my boyfriend has a couple times now woken up with his feet completley blue, although it goes away later. Also, the other day he came home from work, he broke out in a fever and felt as if he was going to faint. I gave him a couple cookies, figuring his blood sugar was low. Could this be diabetes?

hi welcome to health care magic.
bluish feet is commonly due to reduced blood supply to lower extremities as happens with peripheral arterial disease or with reversal of cardiac shunts. this is called peripheral cyanosis.
It is not a feature of diabetis. if you have any suspicion of diabetis you can go for blood sugar estimation which will confirm the diagnosis. All the best.
