Could Blurred Vision, Dizziness And Dry Cough Be Due To Mastoiditis?
I take Lisinopril 40mg bid and have for 5 years. I recently began noticing an increase in blurry vision, dizziness, dry cough. I have also just had my yearly blood work and although some counts are low they are of no clinical significance. Could these symptoms be due to mastoiditis which I've just been diagnosed with?
Hello,
Blured vision , dizziness are the alarming symptoms of Mastoiditis .
You should get them treated early.
Get done High resolution CAT scan for temporal bone which will show disease in the ear .
If there is disease and you already have been through the scan then get antibiotics early and consult ENT specialist.
Dry cough if very severe can cause dizziness for a short duration , and that mostly occurs in barking cough where we exert too much.
In doubt do reply.
