Hello,

If you have been using contraceptives in the way, then you may not be pregnant. But if you have been taking it carelessly the symptoms may be indicative of early miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, hormonal imbalance, and certain medical conditions. Medical conditions like polyp, fibroid, endometriosis, PCOS, thyroid disease, etc., can also manifest such symptoms.

Get clinically examined by a gynecologist, get per vaginal examination and USG uterus done to detect pregnancy. If you are not found / detected to be pregnant then you will have to go through required blood tests and imaging tests to rule out polyp, fibroid, endometriosis, hormonal or thyroid problem and PCOS. Get clinically examined and evaluated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
