Could Breast Pain And Pain On Left Side Around Shoulder Blade Be Related?
I have pain in my left breast which keps me awake. I recently had a mammogram and await result. i took an anti inflamm today and pain gone. Have back pain on left side around shoulder blade . recently returned from OS hauling suitcases. could back and breast pain be related?
In some cases the back pain and breast pain could be related, especially if you have large breasts and they don't have good support with your bra. This could also happen if you have been working hard and you pulled a muscle in your chest, which can cause back pain as well. It is a good sign that the pain resolved with the anti inflammatories, and you can safely continue to use those as needed.
If things get worse in the next few days or do not resolve, you should see your doctor to make sure nothing else is going on. I hope you hear good results from the mammogram as well. I hope this was helpful, if you have any more questions, please let me know.
