Could Breathing Problem Be Due To Air Blockage In Chest?
Hello sir/madam, I have a breathing problem as soon as i started doing exercise to reduce my belly i think...its a simple exercise just raising my two legs to upward direction by normal lying position....i did breathing exercises also but it doesn't help...Is that due to air blockages in my chest?...
You have breathing difficulty on slight exertion.... So this should not be neglected.....
First get your respi examination by auscultation.... If suggestive of bronchoconstriction by rhonchi heard then bronchodilator drug given like theophylin...
Second if fast breathing with sign and symptom suggestive bacterial infection like cough and fever then antibiotic need to be given....
For detail work up of respi causes chest x ray and spirometry useful....
Here if you have hypertension history then cardiac failure also should be ruled out.... ECG or echo done....
If you are obese , hyper cholesterol , smoking history and calf swelling then rule out pulmonary embolism by d dimer....
I have given you best diagnostic possibilities but remember physical examination utmost important and accordingly work up decided...
Take care....
