Hello I'm 26. My weight 185 and have no medical history.I had hurt my back a month ago at work. A month has gone bye and I had been doing better. Now today was at work and reached for a tool and the pain shot up my back and felt like a bruise on my spine where I was not able to walk for awhile. Could this be from last injury ? Maybe a pinched nerve or slipped disc? I've had a pulled muscle before felt nothing like this pain.
