Could Bruising And Mild Pain While Walking Be A Symptom Of Knee Fracture?

I had a stress fracture of the tibia that just healed. Monday (2/23) I fell again and landed sideways on the knee also scraping two fingers on my left hand. So two questions - should I be worried about the knee refracturing - it s just bruised and mildly hurts when walking - but used the gym and leg presses didn t hurt. The other question is my one finger still burns like crazy. No oozing or streaked redness. I have put neosporin with pain relief on it twice. Should I just continue that?
